Gerard Frances was born in 1955 in France .
He presently lives and works in Paris .
Education : Fine Arts .
 
His painting research is essentially based on the various expressive alternatives
Of china ink using a very personal technique .
Altough taking his inspiration mainly from reality ( landscapes , figures , objects )
Frances gérard do nor limit to it , reducing to the essential the naturalistic and descriptive
Aspects ,with a tendency to abstract .

My tool is the chinese brush and my canvas is the paper .
